Hair fall, scientifically known as Alopecia is a serious problem, ignoring it will only make it worse. For the modern world, it has become more common because of the changes in our lifestyles compared to our ancestors. According to study, it’s normal to lose 50 to 100 hairs a day, new hair replaces the lost hair, and small loss isn’t noticeable. Hair loss can either be temporary or permanent.   • No to frequent hair wash
  • Less exposure to pollution and dust
  • Don’t wash your hair with hot water
  • No oily, spicy or junk food
  • Avoid constant heating or drying of the hair
  • Say no to alcohol and smoking
  • Avoid brushing wet hair
  • Refrain from using products with chemicals
  • Avoid excessive consumption of sugar and salt

For healthy hair

  • Use mild shampoos and conditioners
  • Keep your body hydrated
  • Sleep enough and exercise regularly to promote healthy hair growth
  • Massage your scalp with oil and keep it for about 20 to 30 minutes before having a hair wash
  • Wash your hair with cold water
  • Consume food rich in protein and vitamin such as fish, sprouts, flaxseeds, curry leaves etc.
